Integrated IT Solutions Management Plans generally include onsite consultations, support centre and helpdesk assistance between 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, but for a small added monthly cost, you can have the piece of mind of a 24 hour service available to you should any problems occur outside of this time frame.
